HOW TO ORDER

  • Shopping cart
    Simply click the Add to Cart button to add the items to your cart!
    Once you have selected your items, you can move on to payment.
    Next, fill out the order form with your information (name, shipping address, card type, shipping method).

  • Email
    We also accept email orders when you are unable or do not wish to use the shopping cart. Just email us at info@amsterdamrecords.net with information about records, your name and shipping address,
    and we will get back to you promptly.

  • Payment
    We accept credit cards (visa Mastercard)or Paypal. All payments must be in EURO.
    If you want to pay by PayPal, select "Pay by PayPal" and go directly to the PayPal payment page.

 

 

GRADING POLICY

OUR GRADING IS CONSERVATIVE AND GUARANTEED 
We check all records under lights and play for noise and warps or any defects.

 Grade Description
SS (Still Sealed) Still Sealed might have a small cut
NM (Near Mint)

Record barely played with no marks or background noise, like new. Cover is like new, no corner bent, no writing, might have a small cut.

EX (Excellent)

Record has some signs of use but plays totally fine without any stress. Cover is close to perfect with very lightly used corners or seams, might have a corner cut, drill hole or punch hole.

EX- (Excellent Minus) Record and covers are slightly inferior to EX
VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus)

Record has more signs of use, occasionally might have surface/background noise but plays still fine. Cover might have regular wear and a corner cut but still looks ok.

VG+ (Very Good Plus)

Record may have surface marks that do not affect much. Cover may have corner bent, edge wear, ring wear and corner cut.

VG (Very Good Plus)

Record visibly has surface marks  and  does not play perfectly. Cover has a seam split ,the seam wears badly and has lots of marks or scratches. all defects will be noted.


       

      RETURN POLICY

      Our return policy allows for a refund or return process if your item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was delivered.

      Conditions for Refund or Return

      • You must request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
      • Please contact us via email to initiate the refund or return process.
      • We may request photos or videos to confirm the damage or incorrect item.
      • Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging, inner and outer sleeves, and tags.

      Refund Process

      Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

      Return Shipping

      For returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment.
